D & H was established by the late Dewey Pigue, Jr., and Harold Flynn, thus the name D & H. D & H has a general contractors license in Arkansas, Mississippi and Tennessee. D & H is a full service commercial general contractor. We provide new construction, remodeling, historical renovation, repairs and maintenance for all industrial and commercial applications.
